Restaurant bewertenWent this morning to pick up mobile order and it was a mess. Was missing my iced coffee and said something and she hands me a empty cup and walks away? After having to wait for someone to come back up front and also fix someone else?s order because shewas missing half her order, I tell her and she Huffs and still continues to give me the wrong size. I was just irritated andleft and noticed when I got home I was also missing my other drink.
Apparently you shouldn't do a mobile order at this jacks. The workers have no problem huffing and puffing at customers for ordering food online. Complaining about a customer when they are standing right there.Not to mention having no ice and the sodamachine was down?? Why is this place even open? Do not waste your time or money with this location!
Food and service was fine. My husband and I wish you would show fox news and the weather Channel. When speaking to the manager, we were told they wasn't allowed to change the channels. Very disappointed!
UPDATE. I emailed jacks like they asked me to do and still no response a month later. Bad customer service all the way around The last 4 times I have been there they have messed up my order. I keep trying to give them a chance but every time it'swrong.
Don't use this store it is mange wrong. I order breakfast for 2 days in a row on doordash .their app.said order comfirm and then an hour later it has been canceled .They need to get someone in here and get their store in better shape. Bc the Mangerdoesn't know nothing about management. I wish I could leave them with zero stars
