Restaurant bewertenUPDATE. I emailed jacks like they asked me to do and still no response a month later. Bad customer service all the way around The last 4 times I have been there they have messed up my order. I keep trying to give them a chance but every time it'swrong.
Don't use this store it is mange wrong. I order breakfast for 2 days in a row on doordash .their app.said order comfirm and then an hour later it has been canceled .They need to get someone in here and get their store in better shape. Bc the Mangerdoesn't know nothing about management. I wish I could leave them with zero stars

This used to be the better Jack's around but that is not the case anymore. 3 out of the 4 items we ordered were wrong. Went inside to have them fix it and the lady literally huffed and puffed about having to give me a biscuit that wasn't included in my order (but was on the receipt). Somebody needs to clean house and hire some better employees. Maybe Jack's needs to up their pay to attract such employees ????
