Update Ordered my white chocolate mocha before leaving the hotel and it was on the counter, hot ready to go when I arrived at Starbucks!Friendly staff, who always greets me with a smile and a “good morning” when I walk in the door.I’ll once again be starting every day with a smile on my face and a hot Starbucks in my hand. Being from Kansas City I’ve grown to appreciate Starbucks speed and efficiency when using the mobile app.I’m hoping they catch on soon, but here in Garden City there seems to be no urgency.Today I used the app for a grande white chocolate mocha. According to when I placed my order and the time it was ready, it now takes 16 minutes to prepare a grande white chocolate mocha.Every morning I like to start my day with a double chocolate brownie and a grande blonde roast. I’ve had to leave without the brownie due to time. Why does it take so much longer to prepare an order in Garden City Kansas.They have great food, delicious drinks, and an extremely friendly staff, but that isn’t why most appreciate Starbucks. Speed coffee on the fly. Fingers crossed this changes soon.

Went through drive through, ordered just coffee. Quick and good service.

This is a special treat place for me and I enjoy the food and hot or cold beverage. Staff is great.

Super busy. I understand that they were training some new employees. My drink wasn't like it normally is. Could be cleaner.
