Restaurant bewertenThis was honestly not worth it at all. the menu is so random and weird with a bunch of different types of food. i got the arrow con pollo and it was sub par, it didn't even taste like the actual thing. it was $22 just for my entrée and 1000% not worth it!the service is also really horrible, my waiter never checked up on us, and we were waiting upwards of 10min for a check. therestaurant is also generally not clean, the glasses/napkins/forks are visibly dirty and dusty. would not go here again. completewaste of money. don't listen to the good reviews!!!
Brick oven pizza was okay when your really hungry. I have yet to find a slice of authentic pizza yet. Old fashioned sauce, cheese and the smell of authentic Italian pizza. Anyway, this is a convenient spot if your starving.
Great service, seated right away then guided through the menu by the attentive servers. Started off with pizza, then had the pork chops. Followed by the tiramisu and the food was delicious! We came here with a table of 5 and everyones food and drinkscame correctly and on time! Will definitely be back
One of the worst dining experiences I have had in a very long time. Lots of staff but no one was willing to help us, once we did get seated our server took an excessively long time before seeing us. Once we ordered food took a even longer time and once itarrived it got even worse. The pasta was mostly a messy ball of cheese with very little pasta and a couple pieces of over cookedchicken. We also got a pizza that had frozen breaded chicken tenders on it and no flavor at all. Soft drinks do not have freerefills and extra bread will cost you, this place will try to nickel and dime you all the way till the end. We did not finishour dinner only eating about 25% of the meal before beginning to feel unwell. After paying over $75 for this experience we leftand felt unwell for the next several hours. I would stay away from this place, for the price you are almost guaranteed to getbetter service and food anywhere else. Also do not let the photos on google or the website fool you, the food in real life looksnothing like the photos, the chefs take no pride in the food and it is just tossed on the plate with no effort.
I understand that mall restaurants can be hit or miss, but this was the worst meal I?ve had in a very long time. Let me start with the food. The hummus was alright! Slightly grainy but not inedible! My baked ziti was a giant ball of melted cheese with alittle bit of pasta thrown in, and my boyfriends chicken francese pizza was more like frozen chicken nuggets on a pizza. It wasvery disappointing considering we spent $75 on the meal. And also, if you get any sort of soft drink, tea, or lemonade, bewarethat free refills do not exist and you will have to pay an extra $3-5 per refill. The service was okay, but they actually hadwhat seemed like a good amount of staff, and it still took us a long time to get food. The ambiance of the restaurant wasstrange, with LED light strips scattered around, 2000?s carpet, Italian artwork, and more miscellaneous decor. Just a reallystrange combo. The women?s restroom was quite gross, with pee covering the toilet seat, dirty floors, and paper towels scatteredeverywhere. After leaving, my boyfriend and I both felt slightly sick and truly could not justify anything higher than a 1-starreview.
