Gastronomique Maxime Maziers à Bruxelles

Not cheap, classical, stylish restaurant with Michelin star ambition near Basiliek Van Koekelberg. The Wagyu and chocolate cone were truly divine! Some other courses could probably be stronger in flavours. Same with the wine: some like Jose Pariente really nice, others a bit less memorable. We did have a very nice evening with the service being very friendly.

100 euros for the new year menu. Bland taste and way not enough food, we were starving. It is stealing

Good fine dining restaurant generally with good food and wine. The waiting time for food was a bit too long though, but one young waiter provided excellent service at our table.

What can I say ? Amazing, friendly service ; above-best dishes that WOW ! your palate ; superb, cosy decor ; an experience that you won't forget soon ; selected wines with great explanations that wraps the whole pleasure. Now let's plan our next visit ! BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO !!!

Refined menu, excellent combination and very knowledgeable waiters. I can also recommend the adapted wine menu.
