Benno's Cajun Seafood - Galveston

I visited with family in March 2022, and we all enjoyed the experience. The food was good (particularly the coleslaw, fried shrimp, and fries). I didn’t expect the hush puppies to have a bit of a kick to them, but they were still good. The only downside was that we had to wait in line for quite a while, which made this less of a “quick bite” and more of a regular restaurant dinner as far as the time it took to get our food (and also the cost of the food). I would visit again, but I would be more prepared this time to stand in line for a while!

The food is cooked to perfection. The beach atmosphere is beautiful and refreshing. The employees are super nice with fast service.

Baked fish was delicious! battered and fritted perfectly. cajun grilled garnelen was very good. I thought it was spicier, but was very good. comes with some seasoned kartoffels. that was delicious. cold cooker garnelen is not on the menu, but was available and was good. servier sizes were quite large. outside the terrace seating with a beautiful view of the water. perfect experience and delicious food.

Eat is good, hot and fresh. no blue crawls what I wanted, but all the others must love them. they forgot my brotpudding, but frau mary jane assured us that she would be present at our next visit. there will definitely be a next visit, so don't worry.
