The customer service was in order. the coffee was sad and left a bitter taste in my soul. I'm all about supporting a local business, but it needs a little hard love. I was in the last decades a barista throughout the region at some qualitatiw high quality local coffee shops, so coffee is a great part of my existence. to mention some things that should change - the espresso machine is a single group head that is not good for a lot of business, but that is just a side note. - the espresso recordings must be calibrated and counted because they tasted extremely watery and burned. the crema was not present and they were ashy. - this device should not be named based on coffee if they have only one head machine and cannot calibrate any recordings. Apart from the technical complaining, I understand that it is a beginner business, but they can totally say that whoever it runs, it does not know a whole amount about espresso drinks. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I am not sure that I will give this load another chance to see that it was in the ground dieucks prices for refueling coffee, maybe in a year after something business and a little more investment in her product? I don't know. I want to give them the advantage of the doubt, because we all start somewhere. Just remember that this complaining is all in good intention not only to warn others coffee-snobs, but to help the owner understand where they could start when they feel as though they had to change a few things. As I said, we all start somewhere and I hope we see this progress in business. a lot of luck with kool beanz and the people who read that on the look for a good coffee!

They love the coffee and eat! the atmosphere is quite welcoming. a must try. best burger in gallup.

Very good coffee. fun mini donuts. absolutely excellent breakfast burritos. easier access to/from us I-40. secret search for cross-country travel.

Decided to try this new place. I ordered an early piece of burrito... with ham! the burrito and the red chili are good! the chai tea was hot but pissed! overall, quite satisfied.

I have been there about 5 times trying to give them a chance, this last time was the worst. I went by about 15min before I needed to be at work, I was 5min late to work. It took 20min to get one drink. I wanted to drive off but I had already paid $5 for a drink which was watered down because it had been made but was just sitting there melting. I enjoy shopping local, but there needs to be a change. Staff needs to know how to make every drink quickly and eficiantly. Food and drinks needs to be made and delivered in a timely manor. I have been a barista, I understand that specialty drinks can be confusing, make a list of how to make each drink and hang it up. Serve one customer at a time and follow through until they are happy!
