Restaurant bewertenWe love pizza! This is some of the best pizzas we have tried. The wood cooking oven makes it We were drooling when they brought it to our table. They topped our pizzas with fresh local greens. We will definitely head here first thing when we return.
As everybody would guess, the views are fabulous, my server Amanda (handling everything) was terrific and the price for oceanfront dining was reasonable. I had the ahi tuna pizza and a glass of white wine. Well, the pizza, as someone else already noted, lacked serious substance, it wouldn't take much to make this pizza look and taste so much better! Please, someone give them a recipe book or something! In the past I enjoyed their salmon and capers pizza but it's no longer on the menu, sad but true. One little tip for anyone serving, when the customer is relaxing and has an empty wine glass, please ask if he/she might like another before dropping off the bill, I would have said yes please!
Upon arriving on Galiano, we made it just in time for lunch. After checking in, we opted to dine on the patio with the wood fire oven. The restaurant offered a nice selection of local beverages at a fair price. The menu featured a variety of salads and thin crust pizzas, all sourced from local farms and businesses. The service was good and the setting was pretty. However, I would recommend sitting at the high tables with umbrellas, as ants can be bothersome near the windows. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant.
A really fun little restaurant. Pizza and a small selection of beverages. Thin crust pizza with delicious fresh toppings. Outdoor but covered. Beautiful view of the harbour and ferry terminal with Mt. Baker in the background. Very attentive servers. A great spot for lunch.
Second time here and was just as good as we remembered! Pizza was great, people were nice and views were spectacular.
