Panera Bread - Gaithersburg

Conveniently located at the gaithersburg square. it is clean, the staff is fast. there is an outside seating area with few tables and pair umbrellas. they tend to run out of the dings towards the end of the day. once had no bread bowls, the other time ran out of baguettes. So if you go to the later dinner, note that options can be limited.

For their sandwiches and outstanding customer service, Panera Bread earns more than five stars from me. Really, it's worth it.

Many times I’ve done a pick up rapid order and not received all my food. I don’t notice until after I get home and go through the big bag. I don’t want to drive all the way across town to ask them about the missing baguettes and so now I have sad kids because the baguettes are their favorite and the entire reason for ordering in the first place. I know I should remove everything from the bag and check before I leave, but I also think I should trust them that my food is all included, especially when it is checked off on the ticket on the side of the bag. It was a waste of money today and since this has happened a few times at this location, I felt it was time for a review. (My Strawberry Poppyseed Salad also came without strawberries today. But at least I had a salad in the bag).
