Burgerim - Gaithersburg

WORST burger and Customer service on 3/2/23. I will take my chances with McDonald’s. The patty was dry and my cheese didn’t look fresh. Also totally overpriced for the small patty, the sesame seed bun broke apart. First and last time at this establishment.

I was very disappointed by the service here. My children planned a New Years party and ordered a platter from here. The platter had bacon which we do not eat. When we asked for it to be remade or a refund we were denied both and the food was left on the counter. My kids pulled together their money to celebrate together and tonight they have lost their money and their meal. This is a sad way to start the new year.

Got some carryout and the burger gave me food poisoning! You NEED to throw away burgers when they start turning grey!! And burning them doesn't kill the bacteria also. My burgers were burnt to almost a crisp! The manager or KM should know this as they take safe serve classes to be a manager! Watch what you order cuz they getting ppl sick out here!!

The website stated that For halal eaters, eating halal certified meat is the most important part of choosing where to eat out. At BurgerIm we synergize the most important aspects. Further more it states that All our food is halal. That is what we thought until we accidently ordered burgers with bacon and called to confirm whether the bacon was halal. Shockingly we were told the bacon was NOT halal. We requested our burgers to be replaced with halal burgers, but was refused. They said, only the burgers that had bacon on it will be replaced. You see, as Muslims the meats can not even touch or be cooked on the same grill. We explained this to them and they still refused to honor our belief. We took the food back and requested a refund, but they refused to give us a refund. REALLY, for $50. So now they have their food and our money. As a customer I feel ripped off. I am not sure if they can really do this. I will not be going back. I do not recommend BurgerIm. Poor customer service and false advertisement (according to the manager and the servers the bacon is not halal) They need to know their claim better and offer better training for their managers and staff. I hope they rectify both of these issues.

Good burger, ok onion rings, totally busted drink dispenser pooling a sticky syrupy mess on the floor and leaving patrons soaked and/or parched.
