Today I brought my niece here; Her first time for. Graduation gift?? Our waitress was this AWESOME, Beautiful young lady named Meagan; We could NOT have asked for a better waitress., completely on point with service ???????????? Meagan went above Beyond to ensure our dining experience was absolutely the ?BEST?. As a professional Chef of 22 years; I must give MANY comps?.. The Cheese Cake Factory AGAIN shined bright! Your restaurant Staff NEVER disappoint only Bring fourth the BEST??

We always love it here. Ever since they opened this location, everyone has been extremely accommodating. Today we brought a group of 14 AT&T leaders. They were prompt and worked with us to get us seated. Experience was great.

Felt welcome upon entering this location, friendly and inviting greeting and atmosphere, immediate service and seating, quick order request and delivery, food presentable, tasty, and satisfying, clean environment, masked-up employees, would recommend to others and consider visiting this location again when visiting this area. Overall great experience.

One of the best waiters we have had in a while, his name was Ryan, ask for him and you won't be disappointed. He was very attentive. Never let the drinks get less than half full. The cheesecake was a meal in its own. The kids devoured the corn dogs which was surprising because they usually always get chicken tenders (they were out) so they must have really enjoyed them. Only down side was the bathroom. The trash can was overflowing and they were out of toilet paper.

This was my husband's first time eating at a cheesecake factory and he loved it and so did I...the food was delicious and fresh. The cheesecake was hands down the best we have ever had! And the service was good as well. I would definitely recommend eating here, we live in Ocala and came Gainesville just to try it out! We will definitely be back!
