Restaurant bewertenMy wife recommended this place because of its high rating, so we decided to stop by on our way out west. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the lamb kabob was around $13, which is a bit cheaper than the usual $14-$15 in other places. Let me tell you, this was the best lamb I've had in a long time. Typically, kabobs can be chewy or tough, which makes me hesitant to order them, but the lamb here was incredibly tender and juicy. I will definitely be returning! The only downside was that the food took a while to come out, but if it's that good, it's definitely worth the wait.
We had lunch at this restaurant on Friday, May 28th, 2021. Unlike some recent reviews, we received courteous service with smiles and thank yous from the staff not only towards us but to all customers during lunch. The food was also fantastic. We ordered the Boolawnee appetizer (baked foldover with seasoned potato mash), the vegetarian entree Kadu Chalau (pumpkin), and the Deluxe Kabob which included shami, chicken, and lamb in a delicious order. We also enjoyed the warm chickpea Chaat (salsa) pictured with the entrees. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
The food is delicious, the service is fantastic, and it's my favorite place to eat.
This laid-back restaurant offers delicious food. The spicy green sauce is just right and the owners are very friendly and kind.
We have ordered from Afghan Famous Kabob multiple times for family events and have always been satisfied! The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is consistently delicious and perfect, and it is always ready for pick-up on time. This week, we once again received excellent service and fantastic food. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!
