Pizza Hut - Gadsden

Absolutely the worst customer service and rude employees of any restaurant I've ever been to!

Ordered a pizza at 8:28 said that it would be delivered at 9:05 it?s 9:56 And we still haven?t received the pizza and don?t know if it?s gonna be cold or hot. I believe this is the second time that this is happened delivery service completely sucks . After calling three times they just gave us at half off

Placed order received confirmation number but pizza never came and no phone call from them and when I called them an hour later they said that they were getting ready to close and seemed unconcerned about the fact that I had placed my order an hour and a half before closing time and didn't offer anything for my inconvenience but instead acted like I was inconveniencing them by merely trying to find out why my pizza was never delivered unbelievable

The pizza was made improperly. Couldn't even find pizza sauce..the crust was dry and I asked for buttery garlic hand tossed..but it was thin dry crust. The cinnamon rolls were hard and dry. Very disappointed.
