Chick-fil-a - Gadsden

I've never been to this establishment before and I pulled up through the drive-thru and before I could even look at the menu to see what they had someone with a tablet was already walking up to my window asking me what I wanted, and in my head I'm thinking I have no idea, I've never seen your menu before and I don't know what you sell here. Very strange way of doing business. Thankfully my girlfriend knew one thing that was on the menu just off the top of her head and ordered it but for me I had absolutely no idea what to order because I had never seen the menu and they were already pressing me to order before I had a chance to even look at the menu, so I didn't order anything for myself at all. Maybe I'm just too old school but it was really weird to me. The food was fine but everything else about the transaction was strange. They didn't even give me a receipt. Very unprofessional.

Never had an issue with you guys before and I understand things happen but, I ordered two Chicken sandwiches yesterday. The customer service was excellent and we were through the line in a fair amount of time considering how busy it was. But, after eating on our sandwiches we noticed our chicken wasn’t cooked throughly and both my boyfriend and I have been throwing up since. :

We absolutely love chick fil a . My kids and I love everything here. The chicken sandwichs and nuggets are just chefs kiss. The different dipping sauces are nice to have but we love honey mustard best .Parking: There's more than enough parking.Kid-friendliness: Very kind friendly

Vegetarian options: The menu is very limited to vegetarian options. 3 things at most and not that great honestly.
