Starbucks - Fultondale

Tonight I came there with my best friend and all of our rambunctious little ones. Mine in particular were being wild. When I went to pay for my coffee my card wouldn’t work (I later found out it had been locked for suspicious activity lol) and I tried everything else I had and was so embarrassed. The cashier kindly told me not to worry about it and I could still have my drink. I know it may not have meant much to them, but that free coffee meant a lot to me in that moment of chaos. ?

Always amazing drinks even if we have to make one up! ?

I wouldn't buy coffee for that price , ever. Not saying there's anything wrong with the store at maybe clean the staff may be friendly I wouldn't know I've never been there. What I can say is there's no way it should cost that much for a cup of coffee.

There is never a long line so your in and out in no time great service

Great customer service and friendly staff. Ameria was very helpful with making changes to my drink with no hesitation. Both young ladies had excellent customer service skiĺls!
