Hello Sushi - Fullerton

My first time there.Food was so delicious!I'm from Illinois so this was such a treat!A very must check out!Omg and the best part is they all greet you when you enter!

Initially, I had doubts about finding a good quality restaurant nearby. It seems that good things always elude me. However, this particular restaurant is an exception. It offers fresh and high-quality sushi with an all-you-can-eat option. I have visited almost all the AYCE sushi places in Fullerton and Buena Park area, but this one stands out as the best. The first order I had was outstanding. As is the case with other all-you-can-eat establishments, the quality of the fish slightly declines with subsequent orders in particular with salmon, but it still surpasses others. One aspect I'm not fond of is that the fish appears to be watered down, giving it a dampened texture. I'm uncertain whether this is due to thawing or if the chef sprinkles some watered-down MSG seasoning. Other than that it is perfect in terms of taste and the prompt service.I and my son has plenty of sushi satisfied. Will go again.

Not as many AYCE sushi anymore so it's nice to have a descent one still serving us.Food: 4/5

We waited longer than promised. The edamame tasted undercooked and the spicy edamame had a weird taste. The In-N-Out roll had a smoky taste and no flavor at all. The rice was super mushy and not sushi grade. I would not go backFood: 1/5
