Jalisco Authentic Mexican - Front Royal

A few years ago, I visited this restaurant and was impressed by its beauty and excellent service. The food was delicious and I had been eager to return, but I lived too far away. Finally, over the weekend, my husband and I were in the area and I decided to take him there. However, upon walking in, I noticed that the restaurant looked a bit rundown. The salsa tasted like it came from a jar and the food was not good at all; neither my husband nor I could finish our meals. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she seemed indifferent and the service was terrible - she was too preoccupied chatting with her colleagues. The women's restroom was dirty, and one of the toilets had a broken seat and lid. When I inquired about seeing a manager, another waitress informed me there wasn't one present. Her tone and attitude were very rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone.

Good shrimp tacos with fresh toppings. Ordered delivery and the food came in a decent time. The flan was good and a nice way to finish the meal. Curious to try more items off their menu.

Love this place!!!! It's the only Mexican Restaurant I will go to now. Food is always good. The service is alway good. U won't be disappointed.

This Boricua was daydreaming about Chile Verde all day. They have a huge menu but a girl has been craving Chile Verde all day so Chile Verde it was! The food delicious and Maria took amazing care of us. Fabulous heavy pour margaritas to top off a perfect socially distanced and masked except when not eating night out. ¡Gracias!

We were a party of 8 returning from our hiking trip. Very tired and hungry. Our waiter Caleb took very good care of us with his bright smile and prompt service. There were so many orders and he memorized everything so well. Amazing guy! Kitchen staff must be great as well bcos all our orders came within no time. Very fast. Or it seemed like bcos our super tasty sangrias kept us involved. The decor was warm. Food was piping hot and tasty. Also there was ample amount of food for the price we paid. We left with full bellies. No guilt though bcos we earned our calories after our strenuous hike. Oh, the manager came in once to check how we were doing. Nice gesture.
