Starbucks - Frisco

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location while on the road. Despite waiting a long time to order, I was not satisfied with the service. The staff recommended the spinach feta wrap, which I found to be cold in the middle and not very tasty. Overall, it was a waste of money and a disappointment. I reached out to the 800 number for help, but they were not helpful. I would not recommend this place. Food quality and service both received a rating of 1, while the atmosphere was rated a 3.

Daniel is amazing! My order got messed up, but when I brought it inside to get it fixed, he took care of it immediately. I believe the woman making the drinks may have been new, because it got mixed up again, but I appreciate the effort.

This Starbucks was the slowest I have ever experienced. Be prepared to wait a long time. Three employees were chatting and standing around while only two were making drinks. Waiting 20 minutes for just two drinks is unacceptable. It felt like waiting for food in a restaurant.

Incredibly rude staff. Just asked a question after waiting 15 mins for a food item that was left sitting. My inquiry was met with an eye roll and statement that I needed to ask someone else (that person was the only cashier with a line of 10 people). Don’t ask questions people! Good food and service that you would expect from a Starbucks. The added bonis being an exceptional view of the mountain ranges when sitting outside. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
