Starbucks - Friendswood

If I could give this Starbucks 10 stars, I would. I wasn't able to make coffee this morning, so I wanted to stop and get some before work, there were 3 people in front of me in the ride, I thought it would make me late for work. But from the time I moved into the parking lot until the time I pulled out with my coffee, it took 4 minutes. I am BEYOND impressed by this location, fantastic customer service and extremely fast, I will be a frequent one safe!

The Baristas were great today! The drive thru special, I was greeted happily in the menu and when I realized that I made a mistake on my order in the window, the Barista gave it happy yo helped me to correct it! Very good experience! I didn't get the chance yesterday to redeem my birthday drink, but still decided to get a drink today, even if I had to pay and I'm glad I was treated as if it was my birthday!

If you like Starbucks, it was good. I'm a big fan of dripping coffee. But I must say the workers there were so pleasant!!! Really nice to have employees and smile THANK YOU!

They took an additional 20 minutes preparing my order. By that time my drink was watered down and melted, plus I didn?t even get the extras I paid for in my drink!! The ?crispy? grilled cheese sandwich was stale and cold. WORST experience here!!
