Mcdonald's - Fresno

I redeemed my points for a large caramel Frappuccino and not only did they gave me my order, they also gave me 2 free burgers! I've denied the burgers twice in not 3 times, but the person doing curbside insisted I just take the burgers so I took them. I wonder if the customers who ordered those canceled on those and they just wanted to get rid of it.

I ordered a Minute Maid orange juice, but it was mixed with some kind of Sprite or similar soda, making it so overpowering that I couldn't even taste the Minute Maid. It was awful. Additionally, they served me a stale hash brown. I placed my order around 6 a.m., so I don’t understand how the hash brown could be stale at that time, or how they could mess up a simple Minute Maid orange juice so badly.

The delivery was prompt, but the nuggets were cold and not fresh. However, the kids enjoyed the burger.

I frequently use the drive-thru for breakfast or lunch. The parking lot is quite narrow, so be cautious when navigating through it. The service is impressively fast, especially considering how busy it usually is. The food has consistently been hot, and the staff are always polite.

My breakfast was served quickly and piping hot to both me and my best friend. The coffee was made just as I requested, with the perfect amount of creamer and Splenda. Thank you for making my breakfast experience delightful on my day off from work!
