Jack In The Box - Fresno

The staff turned off all the lights and left the open sign on during regular business hours. It was clear they didn't want to work as we could see them sitting inside. They made no attempt to serve us, so we left this review to warn others not to waste their time coming here assuming the restaurant is open when it's actually closed.

The food at this restaurant is great and the staff is friendly, but it gets very busy at night with long wait times. It seems like they might be understaffed in the evenings.

First time coming to this Jack in the Box and there was no one there to take our order even though it was almost empty so we waited a while. Then they got our order completely wrong. I would be more appreciative if they got it right so we don't have to worry about not getting the right food. Was not even busy , don't know how they got it wrong

The lines on this jack in the box are never long, that is, they never move fast. it always seems like they're so close, but that's still gonna take a long time. on the bright side this jack in the box has not yet made my order wrong, so at least that is a more positive. I recommend going here if they only see one or two cars in the line.

Omg, the lunchtime at drive thru was not what I expected. the manager corrected my order, but I had waited in 100f heat.
