Everytime I go to jack In the box the food is always warm and perfectly delicious one thing I really don't like it's the wait time once I'm in the drive trew some times it could take up to 30 min but other then that everything else it's great. Every time I order food at the drive-thru, I always end up receiving the wrong order or missing something. I visit this location on Freedom Blvd with the hope that the staff will get it right, but it's always the same disappointing experience. The service is lacking, with a rating of 1, as well as the atmosphere. The food is decent, with a rating of 3, and the price per person is usually between $1-10 for dinner takeout.

This restaurant is the slowest fast food establishment I have ever visited. The dining area is always dirty, bathrooms are never cleaned, and the food is never hot. This is definitely the worst Jack in the Box location I have been to. You are better off driving to another Jack in the Box. Overall rating: Food - 3, Service - 1, Atmosphere - 2.
