Wendy's - Fredonia

Terrible service. at 9:25 o'clock. sign reads lobby is open up to 10 clock, but all doors are locked. go through the driveway and the girl who commanded it was rude. go to the pick-up window and the food bag is thrown into my car. then we wait to ask for our straws and spoons, she looked back and said what I asked for straws and spoons, as we have 2 drinks and 2 frostys. she rolled her eyes, grabbed her and hit her in my hand. rude, disrespectful. and we don't even come a 10-minute drive to the house and our fries are ice cold, and both sandwiches are totally wrong.

I wish I could give zero stars. the person at the drive thru could not even tell me what was on a sandwich and then told me the juice I always got was no option. I got it last night. I told them they forget that I don't want to eat. when I went into the window to get my children frosties, they were bad to mouth me. in particular the one. I also ordered only 3 friosties that they accused me for 4 and could not make the entry. all I can say is they are serious!

This used to be my favorite restaurant with delicious food, but it is very pricey now.

My burger was cold and old dried pommes were cold, I would never go back

Very nice. Nice decor . Food was very good. Not let down. By anything. 6 different varieties of diet coke
