Noodles Company - Fredericksburg

The amount of sauce on my pasta was a bit disappointing. I really enjoy the Penne Rosa with Shrimp, which is one of my favorites. Next time, I'll be sure to request extra sauce when ordering from your restaurant. Overall, the food was good.

I ordered the Mac and Cheese with grilled chicken and received elbow macaroni with only three small pieces of chicken and a little bit of melted cheese on top. There was no actual cheese in the Mac and Cheese dish.

I ordered Pad Thai with added mushrooms, red onion, broccoli, and diced tomatoes. There were too many noodles and not enough vegetables. I had to search for the veggies among all the noodles. I am giving it three stars. Next time, I will order it with only vegetables.

The Pasta Fresca with added shrimp was so good as usual! Ive ordered it often and its constantly very good!

The Chicken Parmesan Bundle is absolutely pathetic. The chicken parmesan itself is very small. You get a single layer of ziti noodles that were so overcooked they were pasty. You get approximately 4 oz. of chicken that has no flavor. The "salad" is just a tea cup-sized bowl of lettuce with a bit of parmesan and about five croutons. They also, as usual, did not pack the cookie that was ordered.
