Restaurant bewertenEveryone was so friendly and welcoming. We had the best waitress ever! Didn't get her name but she was truly amazing. As always, the food is delicious. Atmosphere great for having a table conversation and eating. CB knows how to serve a great meal.
Thursday daily special Turkey meal is Thanksgiving any time of year.
I ordered for pickup for my mom. When we got home and she looked in the bag, the plain potato she ordered had bacon on it and the chicken looked like someone fried scraps, except the chicken breast was okay. I have had friends order chicken before and it NEVER looked like that. Their order was at the Central Park Store and we ordered from the Spotsylvania Store. The Managers were AWESOME . When I wanted to put in an order for some Bites, the waitress (white female) that was working the front to do take out orders had to be called several times, she even came put of the kitchen and looked at me. The waiteress (white female) said there she goes and the waitress (black female) went back into the kitchen. The waitress (black female) came out approximately 30 minutes later to take my order. The Manager came when I had to ask her a question about the rewards program. The Manager even calked into the kitchen to find out how long before my Bites were ready.Parking: It was plenty of spaces to park when I arrived to pick up my Mother 's order.
This use to be a fantastic place to eat. They have taken away so many good food items they use to have. Also The food no longer taste good. Cornbread given that’s hard and food not cooked good. Breakfast or dinner is terrible. I don’t know what is going on but it has totally changed. Food use to be delicious.
The food was cold and hard as a brick. The manager was rude and unwilling to make the issue correct. I spent over $100.00 on my family's meal, and he wanted to comp a $3.00 Pepsi to replace the hard and cold food. My family and I eat at Cracker Barrel weekly but after last night this will no longer be the case. Most of the family went home hungry.
