Restaurant bewertenWhat has happened to this restaurant? We've been ordering from Papa's for years and have always enjoyed it, but the last pizza we got was awful. We asked for extra cheese, but there was barely enough to cover the pizza—there was more crust than anything else. I thought it might have just been an off day, but when I returned and ordered calzones, they were just as disappointing. They were practically empty, whereas they used to be overflowing with cheese and toppings, leaving a mess in the box after slicing. Instead, these were thinner than a pancake. I'm very disappointed.
The meatball sandwich was unseasoned, lacked sauce, and had a mess of cheese on the roll—what a surprise! They even managed to mess up the fries; why were they so overly spicy? Everything tasted like it came straight from a freezer, as if they bought it at Sam's Club. No joke, they were using Steak-ums! They charged us $25 for frozen food! I definitely won't be trying their pizza; it’s probably more of the same frozen disaster. Come on, Pappas, get your act together!
**Meal Type:** Dinner **Price per Person:** $20–30 **Food Rating:** ★★★★★ **Service Rating:** ★★★★★ **Atmosphere Rating:** ★★★★★ I highly recommend trying the Pepperoni Pizza, Piggy Sticks, and Square Pizza. There’s plenty of parking available, and best of all, it's in a free parking lot!

We LOVE Papas, HOWEVER I was given my total and asked to pay over the phone as I was ordering this food for my child and her sitter while I’m at work. I was intentionally using a card with a lower balance due to a coupon I had used. So, I give him my card information, he tells me my card was declined. I ask again if the total he gave me was what he was charging and he confirmed that it was. So I give him my card info again, again, it declined. So we get off the phone and I check my balance which was sufficient to cover the cost for this PICK UP order. Then I notice I have two notifications, this guy was charging me four dollars extra from the total he gave me. HE WAS TIPPING HIMSELF ON A PICK UP ORDER. You might think, four dollars? Who cares? Imagine if he does this to every customer he has. That little $4 will add up. And guess what, had he told me what he was actually trying to charge I would have unknowingly paid for it with my debit card rather than the card with the little amount left. So, glad he decided to scam me this afternoon. Ridiculous.
