First off the girl at the front forgot I was waiting for a pick up, I seen a couple take out bags come out but did not figure they were mine as she never said till 15 min later, oh your waiting on a take out and grabbed one of the bags. Then smallest portion of sides I have eves seen. Last and most important brisket lacked flavor not much smoke, have never had that bad of flavored brisket anywhere in Texas or Florida had always heard about NC bbq but was disappointed. Pulled pork was good but dry. No ideal why reviews are so good?? Guess people who review have just never had good brisket to compare to!!
