Restaurant bewertenSo we went on Wednesday or this week and the service was not bad. but today Sunday 5/15 it was the worst service we had to live in the two years here from any restaurant. the girl who worked at 3 o'clock had of course no name sign) and did not give us their names, but she was absolutely rude as possible. we asked to talk to a manager because she didn't understand that we used two codes for two SEPARATE orders and just say again and again: "we can't do this", very rudely after we said that we do it every time and there are two completely separate submissions not the same. So we asked to speak with a manager, and she just wanted to wait until we left: waited about 10 minutes and no one answered, so we moved to the window to talk to someone, and the manager said we could use the codes for two separate commands that were in order, and he got our command. the girl gave us our orders. slammed the door, and told us that the sauce was extra(safe, okay we pay for it), but she purged the door and never let us any sauce. like the job from nothing? not sure what her deal was, but I would never go back, just because of her. all the others were in order. the manager was good too. I'm sorry he had to deal with people under him.
This situation is really the worst! I understand that the employees have to work with what they have and get from their irresponsible managers or their own. employees look very unhappy. this place has still closed the doors since the pandemics. they take an eternality to give them food through the drive-thru. I waited for my lunch 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of me. I didn't get a reception because janine said the reception machine was broken. I asked for a plain burger and got a cheeseburger. Moreover, I bought 2 child meal times and none had the surprise toys and my opinion after when they had a child meal with drink, escape, side and a toy that is what I expect otherwise your prices if they are not fulfilling as advertised. The window Drive-thru is so dirty, looks like it wasn't cleaned long. they give them only 1 sauce per order and if they ask for more, they will be calculated extra. this is the last time that I will be at this place and I suggest that they read the comments of other people and only avoid this place.
I ordered 2 meals and an extra drink did not get any drinks. my chicken sandwich had pickles and I didn't add pickles because I am allergic to them. I called about 10x and the phone goes directly to voicemail. I am not happy
I don't like leaving negative reviews but this burger King is terrible. There is a reason it gets so many 1 star reviews. They take a really long time and never get the order right. Food is also cold and oftentimes gross. Once or twice I'll write it off, but it's every single time now. I won't be coming back to this location and whoever owns this franchise should really start paying attention to what's going on in your store.
There’s usually something up at this BK. Whether it be no bacon, no receipt paper or the lights are off to make it look like it’s closed. Today the issue was they’re only accepting mobile orders or DoorDash orders. I was told tonight “They can’t place orders because the machine froze and it isn’t working.”
