They got my sandwich right, but my wife's and daughter's were messed up in several ways. Frustrating!

This place has amazing subs! The gentleman who prepared my sandwich was incredibly friendly and eager to provide information about their sandwich deals. I only wish I had more cash on me to leave a tip. I ordered a child’s sandwich for my daughter with all her favorite toppings, and she loved it. I personally enjoyed the meatball sandwich— the meatballs were delicious, the marinara sauce was excellent, and their cheese is just fantastic! I will definitely be coming back for more. Their cold sandwiches are also perfect for a hot day. The staff here is impressively quick, and the restaurant was very clean. Especially during these times, a clean environment with proper precautions is important to me, as is the quality of the food.

The freshly sliced meat here is incredible—much better than Subway! It's completely pure meat, and the flavors are outstanding. It's definitely worth the price!

I visited the restaurant to order a classic club sandwich and informed the young man assisting me about my severe avocado allergy (I know, it’s unfortunate). He immediately removed his gloves, washed his hands, and asked me to hold on for a moment. A few minutes later, he returned with a tray covered in fresh sandwich paper, laid out new gloves for himself, and carefully assembled my sandwich while ensuring he didn’t touch anything else. He even used mayonnaise straight from a bottle instead of the one on the counter to avoid any cross-contamination. He was incredibly friendly and understanding, truly going above and beyond. He took my allergy seriously, making me feel safe instead of uncomfortable, which, unfortunately, isn’t always the case in other places. I am very grateful to him and the entire staff at the Fountain Valley store for their kindness.

The service is outstanding and the food is amazing. Previously, I frequently ordered different meal packages for dinner meetings.
