Get clear detail fit and finish better when u have dutbros. now open ....lo g lines at competition and this location needs better staff experience. Today was way off.

The drive thru set up is a little strange. Potholes are pretty much unavoidable at any entrance.I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato. Very little ice, more milk than anything and didn't taste like caramel.This wasn't my first time at this location, but it is very hit and miss.With the new Dutch Bros coffee opening just up the street, I may carve out an extra 10 minutes of wait time to know my drink is going to be worth the price.

At least half a dozen times I’ve been to this location they do not have the door unlocked to walk in at service hours. I’ve been asked to go in the drive through on some occasions instead of being able to walk in.

The Toasted White Chocolate Iced and Caramel Craze Iced Signature Lattes are better than any iced latte from Starbucks.

The bagels are not what they are like in NY. They were tiny and stodgy.I went through the drive through and have no complaints about the service. Great people.Paul Hollywood would never have given a Golden Handshake.
