Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Fort Worth

Great place People are friendly! I was going to another place and tonight I thought I would try Menchies. I will return as it was GREAT!

My only complaint was the mochi were hard not bc it was frozen.

Usually a 5 star place but we came in 50 minutes before closing and all of their chairs were stacked up and two machines were already being cleaned, including original tart which is what I usually get. My husband said never mind because his flavor was in another machine being cleaned. Maybe management is tight with their working hours so they feel they need to have everything closed down quickly? Who knows. We were disappointed though.

Heard good things about this place and wanted to give them a try. However, they were very limited on flavors and had none of the ones we wanted to try out. They did have plenty of toppings. Place was pretty clean. Decent froyo place. Service was friendly.

The outside area of this place is disgusting, constantly. I get that it’s hot outside, but leaving melted froyo on the ground (it’s been there over 3 days) is the exact reason there are also giant cockroaches outside. Can’t imagine what the back of the store looks like ??. Employees inside take forever to even come to the front of the store when they’re sitting in the back. Nasty store
