Kfc - Fort Worth

Never go to this place. Worst staff ever. Just flat dgaf. The food was cold. I parked in the car thru without another customer in sight. I finally went in and got my cold food and got the duck out. They didn't do anything. I just wanted to wait. Will never return under any circumstances. I hope I'm not getting sick. Who knows how old the chicken was.

I love the regular recipe chicken! But if you order the potatoes and gravitation, and the gravitation comes to you like water, you can not put water on potatoes with mash it is terrible! I'd say that's an area you can work on. Because the engraving is fabulous when it is made rightFood: 3/5

I couldn't buy anything. I arrived at 20:20 and the doors where the shield was closed were open. No one even said something on the drive thru loudspeaker so that I went and had to find another KFC further away.

I just left there and it was only 1 person running the front and drive thru... My hat goes off to the young lady that was there... She had orders in both places... Don't know why she was working by herself or if anyone else was there. If it was they didn't help her... It's 3:21 pm on 8/18/2022 No one should work by themselves....

Great customer service, they messed my order which is a common mistake for fast food then gave me my correct order with extra food very nice lady’s
