Restaurant bewertenI just left there and it was only 1 person running the front and drive thru... My hat goes off to the young lady that was there... She had orders in both places... Don't know why she was working by herself or if anyone else was there. If it was they didn't help her... It's 3:21 pm on 8/18/2022 No one should work by themselves....
Great customer service, they messed my order which is a common mistake for fast food then gave me my correct order with extra food very nice lady’s
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. 2 famous bowls ordered. 2 biscuits and 1 leg and mash potatoes. You asked me three times what I ordered. They brought me a famous bowl and nothing else. I sat in this line for over 30 minutes. Never come back here. Very disappointing. I just gave a star because I had too.
Probably the worst environment I've witnessed in a restaurant. Counter girl arguing with customer and then getting another coworker to join in and get to yelling. All while customers are coming inside from the drive thru explaining the orders are wrong. You got a manager trying to do everything except for leading and directing. And the cook. He was working. Go figure the only person who was doing his job didn't speak a lick of English.
How do someone give 2&1/2 biscuits and give 4 cookies to compensate?! Drizzle the Nashville chicken? Really, it’s supposed to be covered completely! Mashed potatoes with 0 gravy, just disappointing overall. Not to add this was a mobile order and it wasn’t ready for an additional 10 minutes.
