Dairy Queen - Fort Worth

Wish you could give zero stars. Consistently awful service. Consistently filthy. I've complained before and never received a response. Sad because I like DQ, but do yourself a favor and go to a different location. This one is really rough. Waited in line last night at drive through for 15+ minutes and it never moved. Everyone was leaving. This place obviously doesn't want business or care about customers.

When we walked in mrs hilda greeted us . And she took on a conversation with my 5yr old son and took his order and then mine. We felt like home. She then delivered our order … I’ll be back if Mrs hildas the one who takes our order … you best believe thatKid-friendliness: I like when they talk to you kid and make conversation with them .. treats them like they’re a real person.

This has to be the slowest dairy Queen in history. A minimum of 25 minutes to order something in the drive thru. For the record I got one meal and a small vanilla cone.

Waited in drive-through for 35min. Food was wrong and cooled. Food had no flavor. Overall trash. Will never go back.

Food was good. People were nice with the exception of the guy cooking looking a little spun out.
