This Chick-fil-A has literally got to be the worst one ever. The fry’s are always over cooked and cold. They won’t give you more than 2 sauces per meal (even though I offered to pay for 1 more sauce, because I know I use 3) and they just have the snarkiest employees with attitude. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this one, and today will be my last. This Franchisee should really look at it.
I ordered online. Took me 20 minutes to get there and still had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. A car pulls up after me and leaves with their food before me. I called to get some kind of explanation. The girl that answered the phone was rude and unapologetic. This is the only location I've ever had an issue with. Its probably best to shut this location down.
Worst wait in drive through i have ever experienced. I cannot believe this location. If the whole of Chick-fil-A gets this bad then Popeyes is on the move up. 40 minute wait to order. 20 more for food. Top it off order was wrong and cold. My drink was warmer than the chicken...
Bad customer service. Although it's in the hood it doesn't mean they need to give hood service. Used the drive thru and the lady taking the orders was very rude she will cut you off while placing your order. I told the supervisor but all she said was ok we'll take care of it.
