Pizza Hut Express - Fort Wayne

I ordered from this pizza I put up about 4 times this last month. every time the order was right, made punctual and amazingly delicious. there are so many pizza places, I sometimes forget about pizza hat. I prefer the bakery brotsticks to the regular and thin crust is my favorite. I miss the old cavatini, but the fleshy pasta is similar. good work pizza hat!

The recipe for their breadsticks has changed. Instead of getting 10 good breadsticks for $5 now you only get 8 of them and they are worse in quality. I also ordered a 8 pc mild boneless wings and they barley had any sauce on them and I had to mix it with some hot sauce I had at home. Also what is the point in leaving a tip for your team members the whole reason I selected pickup instead of delivery is so I don 't have to tip anyone and have to worry about delivery fees. If team members are getting tips and also get paid over twice as much hourly as a delivery driver then what are the incentives to be a delivery driver? So many problems...

Not sure if recipes have been changed, or what the issue is, but Pizza Hut Pizza in Fort Wayne just doesn't taste good anymore. Delivery of orders is still good. No problems with receiving the correct order or the arrival time.

I love Pizza Hut but they are hit and miss. I believe it is the managers and how they ensure recipe tastes correct. If I find a good one I can eat a large supreme all alone. Lol
