Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I attempted to dine here with my kids on a Sunday afternoon. Most of the staff were just hanging around, watching football on an iPad. They had the screen facing away from the customers, but they connected the iPad to a speaker on the other side of the restaurant and cranked up the volume so high that it made conversation nearly impossible. The food arrived fairly quickly, so that was a positive aspect, but the quality was only mediocre—sometimes it was just downright terrible.

I’m a big fan of smoothies, but whenever I order them online and request an edible straw, they frequently forget to include it in my order. This means I have to remind them, which can be frustrating, especially during busy times when I’d prefer a quicker service.

Best location I’ve ordered from. Friendly staff and my order is always accurate and tasty. Thank you!

I ordered the jalapeño corn, but this is the third time I've not received it. However, the smoothie and chicken club were excellent. I've been charged for the corn every time, yet it has never been delivered.

I usually enjoy going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but this location seems to have some quality problems. The produce, particularly the lettuce, is not fresh. I wanted to believe it was just a one-time issue, but after ordering from here a few times in hopes of improvement, I've been disappointed. It's hard to eat a wrap with brown lettuce! The management really needs to pay attention to the quality of what they're serving.
