I want to give this Subway the benefit of the doubt since it seems like they're mostly staffed by teenagers, but they are perpetually confused. I visited right after they opened, and they told me they couldn't fulfill my order because all the food was still frozen from the night before. It's frustrating to be in that situation when I have to get to work, and then after they rush to complete my order, I get home only to find that it's all wrong. I tried ordering again today, and they're completely out of bread—it's actually pretty humorous at this point. How is it that two out of three times I've been to this sandwich shop, they can't even make a sandwich? The staff is consistently friendly, but it feels like there's absolutely no management in place.
I ordered through DoorDash, and the teenagers who worked there didn’t give me double meat or the avocado I paid for. It was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.
I ordered the usual sweets from Wobble Whun Teriyaki. Normally, they warm up the chicken, but at this location, they just placed the cold, soggy chicken on top of the broth. It wasn't worth the price I paid.
Fast service and friendly.
