Restaurant bewertenMy husband and I went there about 11:15 am. While he ordered for us I went to get a table. Only clean table was in the alcove. There were only 4 other people in the building, staff chatting together. No one taught to pick up a cloth and check if the tables are clean.
I like the newly done Tim's inside. Not a hockey fan but the nods to hockey are nice. Place was clean and workers were nice. Took a bit inside to get food but the drive thru was constant when I went.
Store is nice, I wanted to sit there and drink my tea for some time, the lady working there ask me to leave. They still have 35 mins to close the store. I ask for 10 mins and this happens with me first time, specially I know many people working the tim hortons. Please don't let the image down and let customer sit in the store upto last 15 mins. Managers need to work on this stuff.
I came to this location this afternoon at roughly 12:35 PM. I ordered a large coffee one and a half cream and one and a half sugar. I came to the window paid for my order. It was more than I expected I mentioned it to the young woman at the window, but she had already walked away, so I drove away thinking that maybe my mouth was off, and I was looking at the wrong item on the menu. I got halfway across town, took a nice swallow of my coffee, which turned out to be tea burned the H out of my mouth. Went back and exchanged it for my coffee. I never got a refund. It’s only pennies, but it should have happened. This has always been my favorite location except for lately. The new staff just do not pay attention to detail. They just are rush rush. The double line outside makes orders like this happen more often. Today I was injured, if anyone’s had tea at Tim Hortons. They know how hard it is. This never should of happened. I’m in pain and needless to say angry. Anyone going to this location please just check your hot beverages first.
Hello,I went into the store and ordered two BBQ crispy chicken wraps and one London Fog. I was served the hot drink right away. I waited in Tim Hortons for 20 minutes before I received the food. I had to ask TWICE if the 2 wraps were almost ready. The 2nd time I asked the exact same person as the first time and she had to ask how many I was waiting for.I don't mind waiting for hot food but 20 minutes seems a bit too long as other people were receiving their orders rather quickly.
