Restaurant bewertenHonestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. I genuinely love everything about Starbucks, but the Fort St. John location was unlike any other experience I’ve ever had.I put a mobile order in while waiting in the drive through line. Just an americano and a loaf. When I got to the order speaker I said I had already placed my order on the app. And was told they’d see me at the window.When I got to the window over 10 minutes later, the woman said there were many orders in front of mine and it would be 20 minutes at least. She said I needed to leave the drive through line and wait inside. I said I’d like to wait in line. She left the window and came back and said that she would have to tell all the people in line that I was holding up the line and that they would have to wait at least 30 minutes for their drink. And she couldn’t explain to me why my drink was in a different que than every other person in the drive thru.A couple minutes later I saw her talking to the people in line. Another worker opened the window and told me that I was holding up the line. She was extremely rude and condescending. Again she couldn’t say why my order was in a different queue than those behind me. I asked to speak with the manager and she told me I couldn’t, because the manager was making my order (that wasn’t true).Another worker finally got manager Ally for me. I said that I felt that they were trying to publicly shame me by telling all those in line that I was the cause of the delay in the drive through. Clearly this is a store problem. She was pleasant, but only said she had been on holidays and would talk to her staff. She gave me a $4 gift card.Out of curiosity I looked at the reviews online. It’s a common experience. Do better Starbucks Fort St John.
LONG WAIT !!!!!! Waited 30 minutes and still the 3rd car in drive thru line , had to leave or was going to be late for an appointment. This place is always very very very slow !!!! Really such a shame as I love Starbucks. Do better please, this is unacceptable!
Decide to treat myself to Starbucks before work and went through the drive through. I spent over 35 mins from start to finish. Terribly slow service, ruins the point of a drive through.

Once again another poor performance. With the exception of one partner. I did a mobile order and when I arrived 15 min later it was still not completed. There were 12-16 people waiting for their drinks and they were not happy. There was no sense of urgency from those that were working. The partner making cold drinks (not mentioning names) didn't seem to care as she was more concerned in talking to other partners and taking her sweet time to make simple drinks.The one bright spot was another partner (Emma) I believe had just come back from break and was dealing with hot drinks and was killing it. She showed the sense of urgency that there should be. There were a few drinks that were missed due to other people taking them or not coming up on mobile and she had them done in less than 90 sec. while still working on the other drinks. I told her that she was killing it and was doing an amazing job. Maybe others that tend to work weekends should follow her lead.
