Even with a short or no line, staff will regularly ignore you and take forever to complete your order even though you can see the food you ordered sitting there...

Employees ignore you and leave you standing there for 10 mins without acknowledging you. Even when there is no one else in line.

sat for 20 min as order after order was called. Asked about my order and they forgot. Was then told it would be a 12 minute wait to drop chicken.

I actually like going here but today I don’t know what what happening with the red beans and rice, it was terrible and taste like expired rice
