Applebee's Grill - Fort Oglethorpe

This Applebee's rocks. Renee is so awesome. Colder beer than my own fridge. Food is always above any other Applebee's I frequent.Restrooms could use some attention but nothing out of the ordinary.

The ribs needed a little help on this visit, service not as great as usual, but overall still a good visit!

Walked in, waited several minutes. The person at the front just walked off and started wandering around aimlessly. Refused to acknowledge me. Never spoke to me or asked me what I needed. Just walked off and started talking to coworkers and generally just wandering around.It was a small thin Asian looking girl with long hair and circular glasses with a thick black frame

Wanted to give a shout out to great manager's service. John Hughes came out when I had an issue with my steak and talked to us very politely and then went back in the kitchen and cooked me another steak, perfectly cook might I add. Very satisfied Mr. Hughes. Thank you. Plus, our server Mary was also quick and very polite.
