Restaurant bewertenRude!! Is a understatement. The people they hire are the most ridiculous of help. Waited about 8 mins upfront before someone showed up from the back. Was about to call to see if the store was abandoned. The lady came up and never once said I am sorry for the wait. NOTHING. JUST RUDE.
Used to get a large cold coffee for $3.27 two months ago. The price changes daily between $3.50 and $3.72. Now it is $3.83. What the hell is going on over there? To include the snarky curly haired woman and the flamboyantly mush-mouthed Man with 2 painted finger nails! Is Dunkin' now Woke or just poorly managed??
I really hope the owner reads this review. I don’t even want to give it one star… The quality of service and products of this location is terrible. First, I entered the drive thru line and only 3 cars in front of me yet took me 25 minutes to get my order. If there was a way I could have got out of the line I would have. Second, the worker taking my order had terrible effective communication skills. I had to keep asking if anyone was there to know if my order was heard… which leads me to my third complaint-both drinks were wrong so she definitely wasn’t paying attention when taking my order. I ordered a medium Iced Caramel Machiatto and a small hot chai latte. I received a medium iced coffee cream only and a small iced coffee with a shot of expresso. The staff was so unapproachable and I had just waited 25 minutes for an incorrect order that I had no patience to address the issues. The manager of this location needs to reevaluate their team and systems. Without a doubt the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Better to drive a few minutes further to another location.
Staff was kind and quick. Bathroom was dirty. We take our orden out.
The service we received this morning at the drive thru was despicable. Isabel, the so called manager was so incredibly rude, I would never drive through this location ever. No one should. This person is not only rude but incompetent and has such a bad attitude that she absolutely does not belong in any customer service environment. In the end she scanned my card which had a 22 dollar credit, then proceeded to literally take it and tell us it wasn't. I.e it was stolen from us. It was a gross example of someone who dunkin donuts should not have working with people
