Restaurant bewertenLoretta was super nice, funny, and got our drinks out quickly. Blue was rude for no reason . Like we. But oookayyyy.We got our drinks though.
We ordered two ice creams but they did not have any nitro-cold options available. I noticed the girl added water to both sauces before filling them with ice. I'm not sure if this is how the coffee is supposed to be made, but it was a first for me. The drinks ended up being mostly water and quite pricey at that.
My partner visited this restaurant yesterday morning at 8:30 a.m. and had the worst experience we've ever had. We will not be returning to this place, even if it is conveniently located near our workplace. We would rather wait happily in line for 30-45 minutes at the Baxter Village location to receive exceptional customer service and enjoy great coffee.
The service was quick, but they didn't have brewed coffee available. I ended up getting a triple espresso which satisfied my caffeine craving. Unfortunately, the location wasn't compatible with the Starbucks app, so I couldn't earn any points towards free items.
The service at this restaurant is always quick and welcoming. The place is always kept clean. Finding parking nearby can be a challenge during busy times. There is a lot of outdoor seating available when the weather is nice.
