Restaurant bewertenHands down one of my favorite filipino restaurants in south Florida. The food is phenomenal. The owners are some of the nicest people and atmosphere is very inviting and it reminds me of Lolas house because of the family style dining! 10/10 would recommend stopping here if you’re craving filipino food in the Fort Lauderdale area!
One of the finest Filipino restaurants in South Florida. Family-owned and you can feel that. Super friendly staff and are excited to chat with you and explain the menu. The food is also very delicious.
Absolutely love this place. My family and I eat here at least once a month. We make the drive up from Doral to enjoy delicious, authentic, and creative filipino dishes. This place is clean, photogenic, and modern. Love that it feels like we're eating at a family friend's dining room. You'll even see Chef Edgar (one of the owners) cooking your meal from your seat. Always thought that was really cool. What keeps us coming back is not only the food. The food is delightful and well-prepared which is always what we love. The owners of the restaurant are kind and friendly people who really care about your experience. They really want to share filipino food with the community and they will also ensure that your experience goes as good as it should.Truly worth the drive from wherever you're coming from. If you're in town on business, leisure, or just a family looking for great filipino food, this is your spot. Through the years we've tried different dishes and the special offerings, and we have enjoyed all. They also have filipino goods directly from the Philippines in their market area.Recommend: EverythingPersonal favorites: Bangus sisig, kare kare, garlic shrimp, binagoongan talong, anything sisigKid-friendliness: My kids love this place. The owners and their children are amazing and welcoming. They treat everyone with respect and are sweet people.
The most authentic filipino cooking i've had here in the US. flavors were even better than some big restaurants in the philippines- iykyk. we had to order another sisig platter after we finished it. portions are fairly big, too. you could share one meal between two. chef is a wonderful cook! he is very engaging and interested with his customers (we had lunch at 3pm). if only I live here, I would be a regular customer.Kid-friendliness: nice atmosphere
As an immigrant staying away from Filipino communities, this cafe gave me a welcome experience from home. Eating their delicious food made me less homesick and prouder of our national cuisine.I personally recommend the Crispy Pork Sisig--it is a must try!
