Checkers - Fort Lauderdale

To rate a fast eating franchise like checkers, you have to compare it with the standard of the chain. the checkers of broward blvd in ft. lauderdale met all brands with friendly and fast service. I had my typical speckkäseburger with the spiced fries and a large diet coke. the flesh is in the regular salty if they like this type of burger and the fries have a rough crispy texture. the riders, when it is done correctly, will jump in the mouth. they have a double drive and no interior seat area. it is a great ride and go choice when the time is short. they have a walkable window and it is great for the locals. I personally do not recommend it unless they are a native in the neighbourhood. great and good food, give it a try.

Food was super fresh! This is a very busy Checkers. Be prepared to wait on line, but my fosh sandwich was actually crispy on the outside tender on the inside. Their fries are very tasty, our 2 person order was all correct. They were out of a number of soda flavors, though. Good service. Will stop here again!

No really great news about this chain store. It's not much better than any of the others. However, they do have some great specials, like the mushroom swiss burger . But you have to wait so long for it to come back around to be offered on the menu.

The homeless begging for money around the area are really why this checkers didn't get 5 stars, because the service was fast and the food was amazing.

Very friendly service both the human and the AI! The system uses a good AI to take your order, which works very well and I had some fun checking it 's grasp of grammar and double negatives, which it handled perfectly. I asked about the chicken sandwiches and I asked there 's no bacon on that, right? which responded Yes . If I asked is there bacon on that? , it says no. Unfortunately, the shake and smoothie machine was broken so I couldn 't get a strawberry shake or a mango smoothie. The AI did not know the machine was down. And the person working there didn 't have an easy way to inform the AI. The lady referred to the AI I don 't know why she keeps selling those! which I thought was pretty cute. She works with this female voiced AI every day so it seems like a coworker. Interesting to see we are already living in a world where humans and AI work together. But the lady was super friendly and real, and I was glad to see a human take care of the order with such a great personality. The AI has a long way to go (no personality) but it is still very functional and takes away a lot of the repetitive interactions of taking the order and getting the details correct. The food was hot, crispy and delicious. Hopefully they can spend a little more research to invest in improving the reliability of the smoothie machine. If they can invent a robot to keep the machine clean and running well then they will be unstoppable. Looking forward to a future where the smoothies and shakes are always available. You 'd think they would make them more reliable. But I 'm sure they are working on it.
