Bayview Pizza Grill - Fort Lauderdale

I always get a slice or 2 (mostly 2) twice a week every other week. The pizza is excellent but you have to stay on top of your pizza because they won't. Everytime I tell myself to watch for my ? to come out and every time I seem to miss it. At some point they will put it in a box and stick it on top of the oven and forget about it till I walk up to the counter and ask if it's ready. Each time they grab a box that I noticed was sitting on the top of the oven for 10 minutes or more and I'd say this has been sitting there this whole time? Each time they answer back huh and I say nevermind and thank you and I leave. I keep going back cuz I always think this time they will be paying attention and I will get my slice freshly hot right out of the oven the perfect way I like it One can dream

I ordered and enjoyed for a number of occasions. One night I screwed up and didn't answer the door. I apologized the next day and reordered. Paid for the prior order and the next! I tried. It's been 2 years and I'm still banned from ordering. Weird

Incompetent, unprofessional, and ridiculously slow staff. Placed an order via GrubHub for 2 slices of pizza around 12:30am. Called around 1am to confirm that they received my order and was told they were “just waiting for it to come out of the oven.” At 1:40 I received a notification from grubhub saying that my order was arriving soon (within 10 mins). At 1:50 I called the restaurant again and was told my order hadn’t even left the restaurant yet and would probably arrive in about 20 minutes. After asking why they confirmed on Grubhub that the order was arriving soon, the man I spoke to proceeded to bark at me that there was only 1 oven in the restaurant and that the order would be here soon. I asked once again why they pushed it through on the grub hub app as if it was on the way already and was told it was intentional “because the driver was almost back and your order was gonna be next”. So not only did my two slices of pizza take 2 hours to arrive (at 2:28am), but the restaurant straight up admitted to cheating the grubhub system to make it seem like their orders were on the way within the given timeframe even though they were not. And to top it all off, when the driver finally arrived I was greeted with “are you the one who was yelling at us?”. He then proceeded to tell me how he ran a red light to get the order to me, as if that somehow negated the fact that my food was an hour late and ice cold

Pizza was doughy not cooked through. This place used to have the best pizza the quality has definitely gone down since covid

Our last meal in Ft. Lauderdale before a long roadtrip back home to Texas was a perfect choice, and their pizza did not disappoint. The gentleman that delivered our pizza was one cool cat, and brought it all the way up to our hotel room allowing us to enjoy our pie in the sky. Thank you Bayview Pizza and Grill, and thank you for the quick and professional delivery! You guys rock.
