Little Caesars Pizza - Fort Gratiot

Best little Caesars. Great staff and very fast to take my order. Eating always tastes good every time.

Don't bother to order on the app. Waited 40 minutes for an order and walked in when the app alerted my order was ready. When I walked in they some how lost my pizza. They said they would just have to make it again. I wasn't willing to wait and just asked for a refund. I then had to call back 3 days later when it wasn't refunded. Had to explain the whole thing all over again. It takes 7-10 days for a refund...for pizza. Don't make it complicated for them just get a hot and ready or go somewhere else.

Today was a great experience... but I honestly haven't had many positive experiences at this location. There doesn't seem to be consistency in the pizza making process. My app orders are the same every time and yet the pizza is always different. (ie: over/under cooked, too little/too much sauce, different cheese combination, no pepperoni. I haven't complained to them yet, as it's hard to find employees during a global pandemic. However, I would also think that there's a standard taught in training. ?

We were in town with a large group of youths. We contacted Little Caesars in Fort Gratiot with a very Large order. I spoke with Kyle on the phone, who was very helpful and accommodating. He made sure that our order was Correct and on time. I really appreciated his hard work and speedy service. Kudos to Kyle and the Crew working at the Little Caesars on 24th Street!!!

Never has hot n' ready actually. Pizza often boils under or over. I understand that it is Little Caesars Pizza so that my expectations are not high, but this location never manages to get close. Very terrible situation.
