Burger King - Fort Gratiot

My husband always insists on going to this restaurant whenever we go to the mall. He says that he always has to get the smoked flavor, but he is always happy with his meal each time! Their ice cream is the best.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy a good meal at a great price with excellent service. Don't miss out on the delicious food!

The restaurant staff refused to accommodate custom orders and then proceeded to argue about it. I asked for a simple Whopper with extra toppings but without the bun. I did not want to deal with a bunch of dried out mayo and ketchup packets. I simply wanted the burger made the way they typically do, just without the bun. I plan on calling on Monday to speak with the general manager as their slogan is supposed to be "have it your way". I also filled out a survey detailing the issue further.

They have consistently gotten our orders wrong for months, the food arrives cold, the fries are extremely salty, and the employees just stand around chatting. You have lost a family of 7 as customers.
