Carl's Jr. - Fort Collins

It took an extremely long time to download their app using their Wi-Fi on my Android phone. Once I finally logged in, I found the ordering process to be quite confusing. They really need to simplify and streamline it, similar to McDonald's app. There was a section for the coal-bred burger, but not for all burgers, which was frustrating because the double-deal brothers were listed in a different category. I ended up placing my order through the app while standing in the lobby.

I'm trying to be diplomatic here, but it's difficult. In a word: terrible. The food tastes decent, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of just 1. Just look at how squished the food is! This is more like a sandwich than a burger. The other burgers we ordered had just a single slice of lettuce, one tomato, and two onion rings. For just a few dollars more, I could have gone to Chick-fil-A and enjoyed much more flavorful food with a better presentation, all while getting the same amount of food. I keep reminding myself why I avoid Carl's Jr. after all these years.

Everything is great except for the soda machine. One of the touchscreens dispenses all types of soda from the same nozzle, which mixes the flavors. I ordered Coke, but it ended up tasting like everyone else's drinks, so I didn’t end up drinking it.

One of the best restaurants in fort collins for customers looking for an affordable family dinner that inspired the taste buds in a family-friendly environment. manager erika performs an excellent work, which she is clearly exceptional in every sight.

We finished there 30 minutes before breakfast and they were still ready to make us lunch. super nice, fast and eating was great. thanks.
