Pizza Hut - Forest Hill

Please train ALL your staff except for the manager (James) with customer service skills. For the last three weeks the services has be horrific! The young men that are there in the evening are the rudest. My family have been ordering pizza for the last five years from this location and never experience poor quality of food. I need to speak with the owner due to concerns that I have about those young men that is too much to discuss on this platform. Thank you

Would give no stars if possible. After an hour of waiting for carryout we were in store close to 30 min and still didn't have our pizza. Calling got me no where besides a call center trying to take a new order.

This place is so frustratingly under staffed its better to order from Domino's instead

Placed online order for a super supreme w/out onions but add jalapenos.At pick up,missing the jalapenos,pizza is undercooked.Mention the pizza needs more time and the jalapenos.5min go by,a teenager from the back says did you want more green peppers on it bc it already comes with green peppers ??‍.After explaining to him the difference between a green bell pepper and a jalapeno pepper I asked for my money to be put back on my card and left

Made a large order on a Saturday and it was ready super fast and was completely accurate. The young lady working the front provided superior customer service and was super helpful in making it a great experience. The food was great as well!
