Eating is good and the price is not bad, but the customer service is terrible. ordered eating has the wrong, so I said something and was badly said

These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.

Money wasted. has not carried out an early check-in according to the requested months in advance. has not got room upgrade as promised. wc has not worked all the time. very bad customer service. unfriendly staff. broken equipment at dunkin donuts with over 1 hour waiting. no spa, even if it is advertised on its internal hotel map. never again.

They took it on themselves to change my order without asking me and still complained that eating was soggy from the bun to the fries and not even out of responsibility for actions there. I would never recommend this place and if their ever find somewhere else in cedernstadt.
